Early Life

Considered as a musical phenomenon by many at the early age of 8, after writing and performing his first song, in Church, Zavaro realized music was his passion and calling in life, destined to write, compose, and create everlasting music. Arriving to the United Stated from Dubai during his adolescent years, Zavaro led a lonely childhood, not having many friends, with only his headphones keeping him company. Due to consistent traveling as a child, Zavaro was exposed to different cultural sounds and musical genres, ranging from Middle Eastern, Spanish, and Greek, to American Pop, Rock, and Rhythm & Blues, all of which have molded him into the talented young artist he is today, delivering an explosive, dynamic and refreshing sound that the world has yearned and waited for. After graduating high school, at just the age of sixteen, Zavaro quickly went on to San Diego State University to pursue his Business degree as well as study and pursue his musical career with the help of his longtime friend and producer, Julian Toma. Growing up with a great deal of creativity, as well as being a self-taught singer, writing and singing music came naturally to Zavaro with the astounding ability to create romantic and powerful melodies from simply hearing one single note and the extraordinary talent of writing passionate and meaningful lyrics to a melody in approximately 10 minutes, most times right before recording..

Music Career

Zavaro’s ability to make music are more than spectacular and a definite sight to see, considering he’s a self-taught singer, with no vocal training, learning from countless hours of consistent listening, studying, and analyzing of his musical idols such as Michael Jackson, George Michael, Phil Collins, Boyz II Men, Enrique Iglesias, Michael Buble, Andrea Bocelli, and the Gipsy Kings, just to name a few. After developing his own style and proving to everyone how extremely talented he is, he has now, proudly and deservingly, claimed the respect of his peers, ranging from Major Record Labels, Grammy award winning producers, sound engineers and Top Radio Executives to the most important people in the world to him, his fans and friends.

Turning down many modeling and acting opportunities, Zavaro now focuses on his music and is in the near completion stages of his freshman CD, with the final product consisting of 12 to 15 songs, with all lyrics written by Malek Zavaro himself, as well as him producing and co-producing many of the tracks. The self-titled debut CD, which already has a scheduled music video shoot, will carry a blend of all he has learned, with genres ranging from Pop, R&B, Middle Eastern, Classical, and Spanish. His drive, will, ambition, hard work, and love for music have turned his dreams to reality, putting him on pace to be mentioned in the same breath as his musical idols, as well as achieving international success and stardom, for not only does him music inspire and attract the fan base of different age groups, ranging from 12-60, but also attracts fans from different countries and parts of the world, as far as Lebanon, Brazil, Australia, and Sweden, to name a few, for their music is embedded in the unique style that Zavaro has created, a piece of every part of the world. Zavaro always made a point to not only make music hits, but make Music History as well, and as one can tell from listening to his heartfelt and soothing voice, by reading his intensely deep lyrics, by noticing the strong and supportive fan following, as well as the respect he’s earned from his peers, he will make that impression, he will stomp that footprint in the world of music, and he will place his little dent that will change the face of music, nationally and internationally, for generations to enjoy.
